Free shipping on every order, with tracking.

• Delivery: 10–15 business days

We work directly with our manufacturing partners instead of holding our own warehouses. That is why you can buy professional-grade equipment at a fraction of what the well-known brands charge, and it is also why delivery takes longer than Amazon. We say it upfront because we would rather you knew before ordering than found out after.

You get your tracking number by email the same day your order leaves the warehouse.

If it has not arrived

If your order has not reached you within 25 business days, email support@ferelu.com. We will either send it again or refund you — your choice, no argument.

Customs

International orders may attract import duties or taxes depending on the destination country. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility.

Where we ship

The United States, the European Union, and Argentina. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
