Before you write, some quick answers

Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed the day your parcel leaves the warehouse. Delivery is 10–15 business days. If it has been more than 25, write to us and we will resend or refund.

I want to return something.
Send your order number and what went wrong. You have 30 days from delivery. Details on our Returns page.

Will this product work for me?
Ask before you buy. We would much rather answer a question now than process a return later, and we will tell you honestly if the answer is no.

Something arrived broken.
Send a photo within 7 days and we will usually ship a replacement without asking for the damaged one back.
