About Ferelu

We sell the tools, not the appointment.

Ferelu exists because a lot of what people pay a salon or a clinic to do can be done at home — badly with cheap equipment, or properly with the right one. The gap between those two outcomes is almost always the hardware.

So we go looking for the hardware. We find the equipment professionals actually use, buy it directly from the factories that build it, and sell it without the markup that comes from putting a familiar name on the box. A 150W nail lamp is a 150W nail lamp whether it costs $60 or $200.

How we choose what we sell

Every product has to clear four bars before it goes on this site. It has to solve a problem you can name in one sentence. It has to work — not be marketed as working. It has to be something you cannot simply pick up at a supermarket. And it has to be worth more to you than it costs us, or we are just moving boxes.

Most of what we look at fails at least one of those. That is the point.

What we are honest about

We ship from our manufacturing partners rather than holding warehouses. That is why the prices are what they are, and it is also why delivery takes 10–15 business days instead of two. We would rather tell you that before you order than apologise for it after.

If something does not work as described, we refund it. That is not a marketing promise, it is just how we would want to be treated.
