Questions people ask before buying
How is this different from a gua sha stone?
A stone gives you one thing: scraping, powered by your hand. This adds warmth, vibration and micro-current, so the tissue softens while you work. In practice it means ten minutes instead of half an hour, and your wrist survives.
Which direction do I move it?
Outward from the centre of the body, always in one direction, never back and forth. Slow passes, light pressure — the device supplies the force, you supply the direction.
Where do people use it most?
Thighs and glutes for circulation, calves after a day on your feet, the neck and shoulder line for screen tension, and along the jaw and under the chin for puffiness.
Who should not use this?
Do not use it over broken skin, varicose veins or recent injuries, or during pregnancy. And micro-current devices are not suitable at all for anyone with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device.
