Welcome to Ferelu. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them.

WHO WE ARE

Ferelu is an online store selling health, beauty and personal-care devices, operating at ferelu.com. You can reach us at support@ferelu.com.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their specifications and their limitations. Product images are provided by our manufacturing partners and are intended to represent the item faithfully; minor variations in colour or packaging are possible. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our returns policy covers you.

Our products are consumer devices. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any doubt about whether a device is appropriate for you, speak to a healthcare professional before using it.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in United States dollars and do not include any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

Payment is processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, if the item is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

ORDERS AND STOCK

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order after accepting it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The text, layout and design of this site belong to Ferelu. Product images belong to their respective owners and are used with permission from our suppliers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

Ferelu is operated from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Nothing here removes consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
