Questions people ask before buying
Why is nothing coming out?
Almost always cold pores. A warm towel, a steam session or a cleansing mask for a few minutes first — skip that step and the suction has nothing to grip. It is not the device.
Will it bruise me?
Only if you hold it still or reach for the highest setting. Three to five seconds in one place, maximum, then move. Parking the tip is what causes marks.
Is redness afterwards normal?
Yes, and it settles within an hour. Bruising is not normal and means you stayed too long in one spot or used too much suction — both are fixable next time.
Does it work on acne?
It clears blackheads and sebum plugs. It does not treat inflamed cystic acne, and you should not use it over active breakouts. Different problem, different solution.
